In order to ascertain your lifestyle conditions and to produce a relevant plan and guidance; to subscribe to newsletters and updates relating to events and general information on the menopause;

We use the information that you have given us in order to: Provide lifestyle advice.
This data will NOT be shared with any third parties unless consent agreed by yourself.
5.0 How we store your information
Your information is securely stored as a a password protected file.
We keep the lifestyle questionnaires for a period of 6 months if retained as a client or will be disposed immediately after initial consultation.
We will then dispose your information by permanently deleting the lifestyle questionnaire.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer browser from a website's computer and is stored on your device's hard drive in the form of a text file.


6.1 How do Vitality 40 Plus use cookies?
